That has to be one of the nastiest, disorganized place I have been in. The "office" where you make payments, they keep your information etc. looks and smells like a room on the show Hoarders. The women's bathroom is worse than a gas station bathroom, doesn't appear to have been cleaned very well in a very long time. I worry about the condition of the gym area where the kids are running around bare foot and sweating, I highly doubt any cleaning is going on in there. I would have assumed the owner would want to keep there place of business spotless. Very disappointed in the fact I pay $35 a month and for my child to perform and on a fun "performance day" I have to pay $85 for him to attend and uniform and to top it off they charge ANOTHER $3 for me to see my child perfom. Did I mention not one of the instructors are capable of doing any of the stunts or activites that are required of the kids. You can guarantee out of the hour of "teaching" 15 minutes all together are going to be the instructor chatting with another as your child stands there. I have not been yet to Heartland but nothing can be any worse than this place just for health of your child don't go here.
I do not know what I was thinking when I enrolled my daughter in this place. They are filthy dirty, disorganized, and my daughter has not really learned anything over the time she has been there. The floors are filthy as well and I can't even explain how disgusting the bathrooms is. The office area looks like ti should be on an episode of hoarders. I am sure they only have customers because they are the only gymnastic place in the area but I am going to start taking the drive elsewhere so my kid can have proper training.
